Vapetory (vapetory.ph) is operated by Legacyworld Trade Corp., a corporation registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of the Philippines, with principal office in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City.

1. Age Restriction (18+)

All products sold on this website contain nicotine and are strictly for adults aged 18 and above, in accordance with Republic Act No. 11900. By creating an account and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at checkout verification and upon delivery. Orders will not be released to anyone unable to present valid proof of age.

2. Ordering & Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment is received and verified. We currently accept bank transfer and e-wallet payments as shown at checkout. Prices are in Philippine Pesos (PHP).

3. Delivery

Orders are dispatched via courier. The recipient must be the buyer or an authorized representative aged 18+, verified via government-issued ID at handover. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details.

4. Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we accept returns only for items that are defective on arrival or incorrectly fulfilled, reported within 7 days of receipt with photo/video proof. Factory-sealed condition applies. This policy is without prejudice to your rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394).

5. Health Warning

GOVERNMENT WARNING: This product is harmful and contains nicotine which is a highly addictive substance. For use only by adults 18+. Not recommended for use by nonsmokers.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
